Can I use Vlad for any business?
Yes! Vlad is template-specific to Game Stores, however, we have other versions of the software tailored to other companies. Or you can purchase it and modify it according to your needs.
How many different businesses can I use Vlad for?
Vlad is licensed for single-use. If you have multiple retail stores, that is within the scope of a single business. If you have multiple businesses each seperate entity would need a license.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. We will handle the technicalities of setting up your domain registration and hosting services if you need us to. You may cancel at anytime and move your account elsewhere without encumberance or penalty.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Your database is your own. Your customers are your customers.
Is there a less expensive option to purchasing the software?
You may be eligible to lease the software at a discounted price. Leasing the software will not affect your ownership of the domain and database.
Why not WordPress?
Two critical reasons why Vlad is a better solution than WordPress. First, WordPress is significantly layered creating slower page load times. Second, WordPress doesn't isolate key features. Packages often take time to learn and adapt to. Vlad is inclusive, designed to work with the optimal settings for a wide variety of web tools. For instance, it may seem great to have 40+ different merchant account processing solutions ... but why? And which one is the best? Is it secure? What information does that third-party collect on my transactions?
I use Square to process my credit card transactions, can Vlad handle that?
Of course, Vlad is integrated with all major payment gateways.

Who will I get when I call the customer service hotline?
A highly-skilled customer service representative will attempt to accurately assess your needs and direct you to the correct solution.
Can I call customer service with ANY problem?
Yes. However, technical assistance also requires expertise. Our customer service staff will troubleshoot problems, explain functions, etc. Some problems may require specific consultation for a fee.
Are my customer service hours cumulative?
Yes. And at our discretion, we may allow you to go somewhat over. We want you to be successful, but technical assistance also requires expertise. Our customer service staff will troubleshoot problems, explain functions, etc. Some problems may require specific consultation for a fee.

What happens when I loose my internet connection?
When offline, Vlad stores all your retail transactions locally, and then attempts to migrate them to the server every 30 seconds. This ensures that the system is fully functional even when your internet connection is suspect.
What if a customer online orders a product at the same time as a retail customer purcahses it?
Online transactions are not completed until an authorized administrative confirmation is assigned to a transaction. As such, when filing an order, and an item is not available, the quantity shipped determines the final charge to the customer. By default, a customer is sent an email whenever a portion of their order is unavailable.
